• Intensive cardio, gymnasium, exercise regimes

• Excessively hot showers, baths, saunas or spas

• Further clinic treatment (including but not limited to): Microdermabrasion, laser, intense pulse light, chemical peels, muscle relaxant injections and dermal fillers.

• Spray or self tanning

• Swimming in chlorinated pools or the ocean

• Tattooing, including cosmetic

• Dermapen recommends Cover recover as a daily skin protectant and camouflage in one.

• Active Acne

• Moderate to sever chronic skin disease such as eczema and psoriasis

• Extreme Keloidal tendencies

• Receiving chemo / radiotherapy

• Blood dyscrasias, patients on anticoagulant therapy.

• Laser within 14 days

• 6 months after facial surgery - need to have clearance from surgeon

• Bacterial or fungal infections
